
Chris helped to found Connection Services in 2008, having been an advisor to the Board of the predecessor Connect Spot Group. He has a wealth of experience and skills from over 30 years in the Information Technology and Communications sector, working in a variety of management positions both in the UK and internationally.
Amongst a number of significant career achievements, perhaps the most notable have been the development of a start up business called APM/Digitivity based in Cambridge UK and Los Altos California, and its subsequent sale to Citrix Systems in 1998. APM/Digitivity became the Advanced Product Development group for Citrix, and Chris moved to their HQ in Fort Lauderdale, USA, to found and run the iBusiness Division as General Manager, and become an Executive Vice president of the company.
Positions Chris held prior to this include Vice President of Business Development and Technology Strategy at Fujitsu ICL Volume Products, Director of Systems Strategy at STC Technology, and Principal Project Manager at Dataskil Limited. He also served as a Board Member of the European Computer Industry Research Centre and of the X/Open Company Limited.
Chris holds an MA in Operations Research from the University of Lancaster and a BSc (Honours) in Physics from the University of Manchester.
Chris lives locally within the Thames Valley and enjoys a number of hobbies including skiing and mountaineering.

Mark was also a founder of Connection Services. A result oriented professional with hands-on experience in successfully building and managing teams in organisations ranging from large multi-nationals; (Cable & Wireless and ICL) to start-ups in the UK, Europe & the USA. An engineering background matched with business management, development and service delivery skills gained from more than 25 years Information Technology experience.
As CTO Mark has been responsible for the specification of many of the solutions and services provided to our Service Provider Customer base. He is involved in overseeing strategic technical architecture and takes a proactive approach to the requirements our customers, and ranging from tactical bid support to strategic technical architecture.
Mark is also a strong supporter of our membership of the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) (www.wballiance.com). He is currently responsible for the management of the Location Feed Standard (WRIX-L).
Mark lives locally within the Thames Valley and enjoys a number of hobbies including softball and jazz.
Quentin is the newest recruit to the management and has recently joined us from UK Broadband where he helped to develop and implement a new wireless strategy. He brings a strong track record as a director and business manager in B2B and B2C telecoms, ISP, enterprise mobility, LTE, WiMAX and Wi-Fi markets. Having worked for UK and International blue chip and start-ups, he has significant knowledge and expertise in strategy development, sales, marketing, operations, customer service, project management and service delivery.
Quentin lives in Manchester and enjoys a variety of sports including football, rugby, golf & cricket.
Jeff moved to Connection Services from Quiconnect, Inc. as part of the recent acquisition by Connection Services. Jeff was with Quiconnect since 2003 and was responsible for the sales, marketing, solution sales, business development and the strategic direction for the company. During Jeff's tenure, Quiconnect was recognized as a leader in the development of an international roaming platform utilized by over 65 WiFi operators worldwide, developed a software solution for roaming and was recognized as a technical leader in creating roaming standards adopted by the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) member company's.
Jeff's role at Connection Services will be to maintain the current customer base while identifying new partner opportunities in the Americas and Asia. Jeff is also a strong supporter of our membership in the Wireless Broadband Alliance and is currently responsible for all new member education.
Jeff lives in San Diego, California and enjoys golf, football (US version) and football (UK version).
Sally has spent over 25 years in the Telecommunications Industry. She is an experienced project manager and former network engineer who has gained a wide range of experiences from a variety of positions in corporates and start-ups. Sally spent 17 years in BT, where she started as an apprentice and finished as a lead Solutions Designer. More recently Sally held the position of VP, Operations at Nexagent Ltd and also ran a global network operations team for EDS and then HP.
As Director, Technical Operations, Sally is responsible for ensuring that all platforms and services run smoothly for our customers. Sally is also responsible for the specification, management and delivery of all new customer projects. Sally holds an HNC in Electronic Engineering and a BEng degree in Software Engineering. She lives locally and enjoys a number of hobbies including netball, tennis, skiing and property renovation.

Ken has over fifteen years experience of developing and delivering successful web and software solutions. He is a highly experienced team manager who enjoys the challenges of problem solving and understands that team morale is of utmost importance to ensuring successful project design, development and delivery.
Having previously started his own Web and Media Solutions Company in 1999 Ken has a sound understanding of the business requirements needed to grow and develop a strong team.
Ken lives locally within the Thames Valley and enjoys a number of hobbies including music, football, cars and gardening.
Paul has spent over 35 years in the IT Industry. He is a resourceful and experienced manager who has gained a wide range of experiences from a variety of management positions in customer facing roles including Customer Services, Operations, Project Management, Product Management, Sales Management and Marketing and Market Research and Product Management in both SME and Blue Chip companies. He has a broad understanding of business dynamics across a range of industries including IT, Telecomms, Banking, Retail and Public Sector.
As Director, Customer Services, Paul is responsible for ensuring that all post-sales interfaces for financial and support processes operate efficiently and that our customers are delighted with our services.
Paul holds an HNC in Electronic Engineering and an Advanced Certificate in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, lives locally and enjoys a number of hobbies including music, cycling, spinning and rugby.
